Chewing Gum

Korang suka makan chewing gum tak? Aku takdela suka makan. Sekali sekala je kalau time rasa nak mengunyah. Buat senaman muka. Dah takde korset untuk muka kan... Aku ni kan spesies muka tembam.. hehe.

Puteri sulungku, Echa suka sgt dgn makanan ni. Dah dilarang tapi dia beli gak. Kalau aku tak kasi, dia akan bodek papa dia lak. Hubby lak memang suka manjakan dia. Ikut je apa dia nak. Tu yg dia rapat dgn papa dia tu.. huhu.. Risau gigi dia rosak je kalau kerap sgt makan. Pulak tu kalau buang merata-rata.. Skrg ni dia dah pandai dah buang kat plastik balik then buang kat tong.

Alkisahnya, malam semalam, sedang aku leka tgk tv sambil baring menyusukan si adik, Echa yang baring di sebelah yg sedang makan chewing gum tiba-tiba bangun berdiri. Senyap jek. Aku taye kakak nape? Kakak be**k ke? Kakak ken***ng yer? Pun dia geleng gak. Sambil Echa memegang rambut depan dia.  Aku dukung dan baringkan Echa tp tangan dia tetap pegang rambut dia.

Aku pun alihkan tangan dia.

Aku : Ya Allah! Nape letak chewing gum kat rambut ni. Sape ajar ni?

Echa: Papa.. (petang tu dia sendiri letak minyak rambut papa dia. papa dia tlg kasi pacak skit)

Aku : eeeiii... papa letak minyak rambut bkn letak chewing gum. Tu yang mama tak suka kakak makan ni. Mama nak buang sume ni (geram betul)

Echa buat muka sedih dia sambil cuba nak pacakkan rambut dia lagi.

Aku: Ha.. camne nak tanggalkan ni? Ni kena gunting rambut ni tau tak. Akak nak botak depan ke?

Echa: Gunting jela mama..

Aku : eeeeeeeiiii... hahahaha (tergelak lak aku tgk sbb kelakar)

Echa : hahaha.. Gunting jela.. (smbil letak baby oil kat rambut dia )

Aku : tunggu papa balik.. hahahaha (hubby gi main badminton time ni)

Takut lak dia tertido aku pun gunting je rambut dia yg tak dapat diselamatkan. Nasib baikla dia tak taruk banyak.

dah gunting rambut dah.. nasib la tak teruk sangat.. 
kalau boy senang aku kasi botak jek..

Memangla geram tapi kelakar pulak pastu. Biasala time2 camni tgh ligat akal fikiran dorg. Asyik nak bereksperimen je. Nak xplore benda baru. Aku masa kecik dulu pun sama je. 2 x 5 je. lagi teruk adala.. hehehe.. 

Hubby balik je terus aku citer, tergolek2 hubby ketawa. Kata hubby, susahla camni anak jadikan dia idola. Rambut pun nak pacak macam papa dia gak.

  • Chewing gum helping to manage weight. With low calorie count (5 to 10 per serving), chewing gum is an inexpensive snack. According to some studies the adults who chewed the gum ate 36 calories less of the snack than adults who did not chew gum. Both regular and sugar free chewing gum helped the adults to eat less.The physical act of gum chewing may help to reduce your cravings for high calorie snacks. According to a group of scientists chewing gum can burn about 11 calories per hour.
  • Chewing gum improves digestion 
  • Chewing gum helps to improve intestinal motility, also helps to increase saliva flow which promotes more frequent swallowing. This helps to prevent reflux of acid from the stomach back into the throat.
  • Chewing gum improves oral health 
  • Chewing gum freshens breath, whitens teeth by reducing stains and preventing stains from accumulating and reduces plaque.
Ada kajian yang cuba mengkaji kaitan chewing gum dan penurunan berat badan tetapi sebenarnya chewing gum tidak menghilangkan selera badan. Cuma chewing gum adalah lebih baik drpd sebungkus 'Twisties' atau snek ringan yang lain kalau ingin turunkan berat badan.
